Operating in a dual-capacity role as both Lead Developer and Project Manager, I balanced hands-on technical execution with strategic leadership throughout the entire lifecycle. I personally engineered the complex business logic and high-precision system architecture required to manage thousands of intricate product variants and multi-level SKUs.
